Selamat is a wholesale home decor company that sells exclusively to designers and stockists. For retail purchases, please refer to our Retailer Locator. If you are a trade professional, please refer to our Designer Program and Stocking Dealer pages for FAQs, or Register for a trade account. We require a resale certificate and signed terms & conditions form to open an account. Once approved, you can log in to view product info, availability, pricing and place orders.
OPENING ORDERS & MINIMUMS
DESIGNER/TRADE accounts require a $1,200 opening order and at least $2,500 in sales annually (no reorder minimum as long as annual sales goals are met).
STOCKING DEALER customers with a retail location require a $3,000 opening order and at least $10,000 in sales annually (no reorder minimum as long as annual sales goals are met).
Selamat stocks product in both our Cincinnati OH and San Francisco CA distribution centers (please note that not all products are stocked in each warehouse—we cannot accommodate requests for product to ship from a specific location).
For in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and payment, and 3-5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a follow-up email with your invoice and tracking when your items leave our warehouse.
Applicable backorders and lead times will be noted on your order confirmation.
Selamat ships as available. Orders may not ship complete or from the same warehouse location. Shipping rates:
LTL SHIPPING (less than a truckload) is 15% of invoice total (minimum of $200), applies to commercial, palletized shipments.
GROUND SHIPPING (most lighting, accessories & mirrors) is 25% of invoice total (minimum of $25; excludes mirrors, minimum $75).
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY is available for a $160 wee in addition to standard freight charges. Items are delivered curbside, in a box on a pallet.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY is quoted based on order quantity and ship-to address. Items are delivered inside, unwrapped, set up, and packaging is removed.
THIRD PARTY SHIPPING you may opt to provide your own shipping account at any time.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
All Selamat LTL (less than truckload) shipments are wrapped in branded shrink wrap. Reject any shipment that arrives in clear shrink wrap as it has been tampered with by the transit company. Shipping damage must be noted on the BOL (bill of lading) at the time of receipt, and failure to do so may result in refusal of a claim. Unpack and thoroughly inspect shipments and notify Customer Service within five days of receipt to report damages. Photos are required for all claims.
Selamat offers C.O.M. on all of our upholstered products for a fee. Customization typically adds a 4-6 week lead time, and requires a 50% deposit to start your job. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for yardage requirements and fee structures.
